The problem is probably not the CPU (but I guess you could tag is as contributory as an indication of how old the machine is).

Your graphics card is a TNT2 ('Vanta' was a codename for it). To make it worse, it was the entry-level model of that series. It's WAY too old, and will almost certainly not support the rendering used in the game (especially when it calls for a 6600GT/9800 which is 7 series' worth of cards newer).

All laptops have integrated graphics, by definition.

It's just not a gaming-oriented graphics card. It's relatively new, though.
