HELP! My computer is messing up :(

Hey,
On my computer ive got Lavasoft - Ad Watch running
and it detects attempted registry modifications and things like that.
AS of the past two days ive been getting thousands of blocked reigstry modifications, a new one comes every half a second or so, yesterday i was on the comp for 4 hours and it got up to 102000 mods!!!
Also my computer has been running very very slow since these modifcations have been happening
Can someone please  help me??

yeh i dont think i have the installation disk on me, can you bring it in tomorow? Thanks.
hmm i dont have a ex HDD or large usb, ill probably have to burn all the data onto dvd discs to save it all

FIXED IT!!!
Just did a system restore and my pc works like normal again
