Interacting with an access database in vb.net

hey all im creating an application in order to retrieve/edit and store keys for my games,

 hmm the only problem i have is actually getting the application to read from the database, i'm using the datagrid view, i add the appropriate dataset from my database..

but im not sure what to do after that?

lol am i evening doing it correctly?
