Hello I would like to know how much money a High-end Graphics card is

I currently have a Nvidia Geforce 8600Gt

Yeah, you're not gonna get a high-end card with that budget...

Unless you have an SLI motherboard, best you could do with that budget is a HD4830, go for a 9800GT if you have trouble finding the 4830.

Yeah, SLI / CrossFire could be a good way to get some decent performance on the cheap.
