what is the preferable date for everyone.
Would the 5th-15th of January at Birrarung Marr suffice?

i think we'll need more than that. If planning takes this long and no one can agree on a date then i don't think it can work out. Can't people just agree on a bloody date and say yes or no if they're coming!
