Those are really hard choices lol.

I wouldn't go with Higurashi personally.

I think you should choose between TC and Pandora I reckon... maybe toss a coin and decide :P

Fate stay night is a good watch, u will most likely enjoy, Pandora Hearts is really good and is almost finsihed (1 ep left) so probs those 2. FMA brotherhood isnt finished so its not really worth starting.

Clannad is one of if not the best romance anime. Its realistic, all the characters are very intriguing and has arguably excellent visuals.
Thus it is often called the composer of music.

Also, if you havent already watched it, try gundam 00. It's my favorite gundam show and I liken it to a cornetto.

Has no boring bits, its basically all action, very little plot, which isnt bad for me.

I'd say Higurashi. So many things you won't expect. But make sure you watch both seasons!

Fate/stay night I found to be decent, but not great. Tsubasa even less so (sorry TT =P).
Haven't watched Pandora Hearts nor FMA:Brotherhood (I'm not a fan of shonen anime, you see...).
I'd give Higurashi a try, though.

I personally recommend Fate/Stay Night just for the entire mythos.  Whilst the Anime as a standalone is solid, the entire Type-Moon universe is fascinating and is well worth getting into.
