Because it was daring, fitted the story perfectly, had great animation (in contrast to the Sigh arc) and pissed off the hardcore Japanese fans (another reason I'm a fan of Panty and Stocking this season). I do wished there was more variety in the activities shown, however that would defeat the purpose of making the audience experience the monotony of the situation like Nagoto.

I didn't like watching endless eight, but I do like it for the reasons you said - it made you really feel the monotony that Nagoto endured, and it was daring for the writers to do it.

I love Shiki, great show.

Mushishi, everyone should try that, it's something different/fantastic.

Oh, and if you enjoy a bit of fan service every now and then (who doesn't) then try Highschool of the Dead, it's enjoyable enough.

I cbf looking through 83 pages of discussion, but are there any Case Closed/Detective Conan fans on AN? It's quite a popular show, kind of interested if it's worth the 600+ episode journey...

...they should have made an episode where he tells rachel that he got shrunk and was really her old missing boyfriend.
