I know right! But the first 20 ep or so are just repetitive gags (apparently it started off as a gag manga but then shifted to a battle manga due to low ratings), so you can just watch the first 5 ep and skip to ep 21. But its awesome! Sad they ended it at the Byakuran arc though

Aside from Fairy Tail, there are two other anime I'm watching this season:

Gokukoku no Brynhildr - Reminds me of Elfin Lied. I think if you liked that, then you might like this.
Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei - Uh... I'm not really sure what it reminds me of. I think it reminds me of Toaru Kagaku no Railgun in terms of the overarching themes, but more serious rather than humorous. It's already up to episode six though, and I feel like the storyline isn't moving as fast as I had expected.

So I'm a pretty infrequent watcher of anime (and hence, very slow with the times haha, edit: upon searching this thread you guys were on top of it last year haha) but I was recommended "Shingeki no Kyojin" and I smashed it out yesterday and today, and wow was it awesome! Hoping there will be a season 2 soon hahaha, I've acquired the manga and will read it when I've got a little more sleep under my belt haha, keen as though.

Also, I know many of you consider this to be anime-treason, but new Legend of Korra is out, so pumped for book 3

I've heard a lot of awesome reviews of LOK but I have yet to watch it, I shalt start now seeing as its holidays! :3

Also HunterxHunter (the 2011 version) is really good! Probably one of the few anime's I've watched that keeps me on the edge of my seat every episode, also the Arks never get boring!

No game No life is a recent anime but the first ark just finished (12 eps). I don't know what it is, maybe its the awesome unpredictable plot, the hilarious comedy, the character designs? Or maybe all of them? But this anime just smashed its way into 1st place in my book! Seriously guys, just watch it you might be like  right now, but once you get through the first ep you will be like
