are you expecting to receive anything on a weekday??
anxiousness maybe??

I know when im expecting something i cannot get to sleep till i receive it.
i.e Im getting new rackets and a bag from america next week, and so far i have barely been able to sleep because im so eager to get them :)

Could be a mix of things. It's possible that there is some noise or something that occurs at 6.30 that wakes you up. Is there someone in your house who gets up that early?
Could be that you just can't maintain sleep for a longer time. Perhaps it's because of stress or anxiety.
Could be that you know you have to wake up soon and so your body it prepared for it. I always wake up before my alarm, for instance.
Could be that you've gotten used to waking up at 6.30 and now you're in the habit of doing so.

Given that it only occurs on weekdays, I would hazard a guess at the penultimate theory, depending on what time you have to get up (for instance, if you have to get up at 9 it probably isn't the case, but if you have to get up at 7, I would say it's a good bet.)

sorry for reviving this thread, but this problem has come back, it's been happening since 3 weeks. no matter what time i go to bed, i always wake up 5-6 hours ,feeling sleepy and tired and can't sleep properly after i wake up and when i wake up i always have a stomachace.

i seriously don't know what to do.

a stomachace.

A stomach ache?
Perhaps you're not eating enough before you're going to bed?

You should probably see your doctor about this if you're losing so much sleep...

Hi. Sorry to hear about that. It could be:

*stress making you wake up early
*a symptom of a stomach ulcer (not good at all!!)
*this is gonna sound weird.....but maybe ur not wrapping urself in blankets enough, because when u sleep ur body sort of like "cools down"....think how you put ur computer to sleep, so the tiniest breeze or cool air, can give you a stomach ache.
*pregnancy :P
*because when you wake p in the morning ur stomach is empty- it could cause the acid in ur stomach to cause the pain.

Goodluck with it! See a doctor, as silly as it may sound.

I'm sure a doctor would be better at helping you than a forum of random teenagers

maybe he would like an idea BEFORE seeing a doctor, it could be a simple problem which somebody may have experienced. Doctors tend to say "oh its nothing".
