x^2 - 3mx + 4 = 0 (no solution)

find the values of m
when you insert in the equation there will be no solution

I'm stuck, never seen a question like this before

a= 1 b= - 3m c = 4

$9m^2-16<0$

$m^2<\frac{16}{9}$

$-\frac{4}{3}<m<\frac{4}{3}$

is that the answer?
