Just went and looked at the VCAA exams for the subjects I was interested in, ruled out Legal Studies, Business Management, German and Economics. Legal Studies and Business Management seem to be subjects where you rote learn the whole time, very boring. I was iffy about German but now I'm sure I'm not going to do it. Economics seems to have nothing much to do with maths, mostly alot of theory.
So my revised plan looks like this, (all are 1/2 unless stated otherwise):
Year 11:
Accounting Maths Methods Physics Further Maths(3/4) IT Apps(3/4)
Year 11+:
Spec Maths English Language Psychology Maths Methods(3/4) Physics(3/4)
Year 12:
English Language(3/40 Spec Maths(3/4) Accounting(3/4) Psychology(3/4)
Any thoughts appreciated
Seeing as you've still got 2 VCE-free years ahead of you, I advise you not to "rule out" subjects that hastily (i.e. just by looking at past papers). You're thoughts on it may change as you near Year 11.
Just a reminder (you may know this already), seeing as you are taking 3 Maths subjects, only 2 can count towards your Primary 4. That is, one maths subject would definitely be in your bottom 2. But otherwise, you're revised choices are looking great!
