For those applying for Med:

Offers won't be out tomorrow, Melbourne has delayed their release. On their website it now says "week of November 2nd", with an indication that these dates are subject to change.

A little disappointed. Obviously, like anyone, I'd like to know as soon as possible, but I do think it makes it difficult for people who are stressing a lot and who will now have to sit their exams without any closure as to med offers.

I just want EoDs to come out already so I have at least a semblance of certainty, although throughout this week I have become more and more apathetic to this application cycle

Today I realised that I've spent hours of my life that I'm never going to get back rewriting notes when printing them out and highlighting  is just as effective

Generally not something that works for many (or myself) but if you think it's working for you then good for you! You'll keep on getting more efficient as you move through. :)

I thought that too, but combining it with making mind maps and cue cards seems to be working for me (I'll tell you all after exams  ;))

I just found out the University of HK would have been the PERFECT place for me to exchange to for second semester next year (and thus allowing me to escape the horror of HSF) but it's all too late because applications are due in like 2 days  :'(

Send an email, do something. I put in a really crappy study plan yesterday just so I had something to my name, I had no subjects approved or anything  but I think as long as there's something you can just edit it after the deadline. Sure it's not suggested but it's always worth a shot.

Place them near the ends of the containers so you can avoid the longass queue

Tie/have something distinctive on your bag that's easily seen.

I've used a yellow lanyard in previous years, makes it much easier to tell apart from the hundreds of red backpacks.
