Chem 2 will be extra intense because of not doing Chem 1.
Human Phys will be awesome but content heavy.
Chem 2 will be fine without Chem 1, I didn't find Chem 1 to help me at all in Chem 2. And Zumdahl/McMurry are extremely good texts for reference if you're confused
I've probably said it before, but the only thing you have a slight disadvantage in for chem 2 that is taught in chem 1 is newman projections and chair conformations, and a bit of nernst equation stuff maybe. However, a lot of what is taught in fundamentals and not in chem 1 is in chem 2 like some metal chemistry stuff.
Human Phys is more understanding than rote learning and I don't remember it being as content-heavy as first year bio or anything, probably 60-70% of that as a lot of the concepts in human phys are interrelated. I found the best way to approach it was to read through/understand the lecture material, refer to silverthorn/sherwood textbooks for a bit more info (and really the lectures are pretty much based off silverthorn) and probably the most important thing.. take advantage of the past exam questions and MST solutions they provide you. If you treat it well, human phys treats you well back
