Privacy PolicyATAR Notes is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to tell you what kind of information about you we will require when you apply for a free The School for Excellence (TSFX) lecture ticket, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to correct this information.
Collection of informationATAR Notes will collect the following personal information from you upon receipt of your application:
• your name;
• your username;
• your school;
• proof of financial disadvantage, such as a Centrelink healthcare card and your student card; and
• if you do not have forms of proof, details of your current financial situation.
Use of informationATAR Notes will only use the personal information you have provided us for the purposes of selecting recipients of the free tickets to TSFX lectures. ATAR Notes will not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
All personal information provided will be deleted once the selection process is complete.
DisclosureThe personal information you provide will only be made available to Daniel Levy, CEO of ATAR Notes, and Irena Jaskula, CEO of TSFX.
Under no circumstances will ATAR Notes disclose your personal information to a third party.
Under no circumstances will ATAR Notes sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.
