theta wasnt pi on 4 wtf? im 100% sure
you had to find tan theta = 1/2
then use triangles to find values of sin theta and cos theta
you cant use the question before it, it said IF

I spent 17 minutes on that last question for 1 mark! I was making so many stupid mistakes, I had a+4+blah blah and it took me 5 lines to realise that I'd turned it into 4a!! Then I did this on another question.

m=root(4)
m=2

I caught the mistakes so I'm happy. Although I keep rubbing out that last question and the one with the area of 64. There is so much rubbed out that the page is bumpy now and I hope they can read it. I put boxes around ym answers fo hopefully they can understand it.

After panicing when I knew the answer was right in front of me for 17 minutes I kinda had an adrealine rush to the end. Came out with my hands shaking.

That was terrible. Was getting 39-40/40 for all my practice exams, and this one will be around 30-35. Screwed up the 4 mark integral question and the 3 mark 2^x - 15x4^x =16 question as well, hopefully I can steal some marks for my working..... Rushed the last question as well because of the amount of time spent on others. What a joke.

Yeh thats what I did, so we find sin was like root(5)/5, then sub that back in with a. I think 19+somthing with a root in it.

I thought it was definitely harder than previous years.. Didn't manage to finish a question. :/

Yeh I know thats what I ended up getting. After I realised the size of my error. cause m^2 =2a, it all worked out in the end (I hope).
