Ohk. That makes sense. In the case that he had completed his BE + BSc, would his second BE would be only 3 years (or less) because of the common first year?
I dropped Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering and Science last year and transferred to BEng in mech. Since mechanical engineering and aerospace engineering have quite a bit of overlap I got credits for most of my units. I still have to complete 3rd and 4th year units.
Additionally, I still have to do those pathetic core units from 1st year (only completed eng1002 and got credit for eng1001) as I didn't take any core units from 1st year eng in 2013 due to the structure of my course. So if I overload in my final sem I will graduate in 2017.
Here's a piece of advice to you if you ever toss between aero and mech at the end of this year.
Go with mech!Why?
Lecturers are much better and mech units are much more organised and well taught.
