And now all the conspiracy can disappear. :P

Well I've done most of my revision for my SACs next week - I just need to do checkpoints for Physics and a couple of practice tests for GMA.

I've suddenly changed my career path decision again - now I'm considering medicine... :S

Shame our academic results are poor. :/ Although, in the last two years, we have jumped up about 100 places in the school ATAR rankings.

At our school, there's a test we sit before we start Year 7 so the teachers know our strengths and weaknesses, and according to my friend's dad (a staff member at the school) apparently the Year 12 group this year as a whole is very strong. Maybe we'll pull our first 99.95... :D

ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS??
You poor things....

Do teachers gossip at your school?
I told my French teacher I was having time management problems in period 2, and at lunch about 5 teachers ask me how I am and if I want to see the cousellor etc.

Yeah, I've got decent scores too. But am one of those kids you see stressing out all the time.

My friends always say I'm going to have a heart attack in the English exam next year. :P

Also, I'm eating my words on not getting a tutor. My Physics tutor is hopeless! He's not bad at the Physics side of things, but the problem is that he isn't a Maths teacher, so he's no good at trying to teach the mathematics behind the science. There's only one other Physics teacher at our school and he's not great either. Hence, I'll be getting a Physics tutor. If I'm still struggling, I'll transfer to Psychology.

This is going to sound really obvious, but get another teacher/(swap school?)!
If you think he isn't teaching well, there is no point for you to waste time and money on nothing.

But, then again, psych isn't as fun as physics. :)

Stick (lol) with physics if you love it.

Our school is not flexible with studying elsewhere for VCE subjects. If I really protested, I could do it via Distance Education but I'd prefer to have teacher contact on a more regular basis.

And I like what we learn in Physics, I just wish it could be taught better.

Not feeling overly confident for my GMA test on Monday. I've revised heaps and I'm getting the easy/mid-range responses, but some of the more difficult questions are tripping me up. I'm just not used to this sort of feeling - I completed Methods 1/2 with a 90+ average and I generally find Maths pretty easy. I guess this is expected in such a subject though.

You wanna know a little secret? Year 11 means jack all for VCE.

I'm not telling you not to study, just saying that you shouldn't/don't need to stress on year 11 subjects. By all means, try your hardest, but don't study your brains out for a year 11 "SAC".
