Credit to them though, they Swan played well and I think Essendon was lucky to come so close (especially with an injury so early).

Essendon fought hard to come that close. we struggled to get anything first half but second half was definitely ours,  - ok 3rd quarter probs dane swan's, but we fought hard.
too bad ..., i guess thats sport.
had to be a winner. and collingwood SHOULD have won by MORE THAN 1 POINT!

but atleast we know within our hearts that the true winners were essendon..

If you're winning and you've got the ball in the last 20 seconds what difference would it make if you kick it to midfield or not? Although I remember, I think it was Swanny who did that in the 10' Premiership aswell LOL
