I was really slack, so I'm surprised I passed. No idea where the D came from.

I actually just found out that my exam which I just had doesn't actually get  a "grade". In fact, nothing I do until I finish second year gets a formal grade (as assessment of MED2000 - a hurdle subject):
MED1011: 12.5%
MED1022: 12.5%
MED2031: 27.5%
MED2042: 27.5%
First VIA Examination: 20%


So yeah, the exam that I just had which is worth 5% of MED1011, suddenly means a lot less as it's 5% of that 12.5%

It's actually 5% of 25% so you'd better start worrying again.

Spent 4/5 days hitting on curry girls in the library rather than going to lectures/tutes, still gets HD.
