He said "du ma", which is pretty much is what "dụ má mày" is to a non-vietnamese.

Really? I personally hate getting asked, but I never lie. I see no point. I mean you got what you got, you cant do anything about it, so I guess I'm not ashamed of that.

I dont have to say anything because my friends ask me like: do you get B? B+? A? A+? and I only nod with the right answer like choosing multiple choice questions

On a similar note, I have lied about which degree I do to people when they've asked, if they've asked a certain way especially:
- if they want to feel authorative/cocky, or
- they are just douchebags in general who will respond with "ORIIIIIIIIITE WE GEDDIT YOU DO MED/LAW/ENGI/ETC" - that response pisses me off so much
- or they missed out on med and I know it, i usually avoid the question in this case and may not even answer it :/

I get that. Actually, that reminds the of the numerous times when I have gone into a pizza place and picked up a new identity. I would give the guy a fake name, and do and act in a way I normally would not. Its quite funny when you call yourself Eugene.

I say I'm in science, because I originally wanted to do it anyway, the courses are pretty much the same and biomed used to be called biomedical SCIENCE anyway.
Otherwise people start to make generalisations about you eg. with the type of person you are, attitudes etc. which I think you guys should know what I'm talking about.

Hahah, if I'm at an event and/or clubbing, I generally find that telling girls I'm in Med doesn't get me anywhere, hence, I just avoid the question by asking them what they do, then pitching what I do at a similar level (A)

On the first point though - people who want to feel authoritative and cocky, I have owned a group of kids once by saying that I'm in Med, felt goood :D

This'll be me next year, prolly won't get me much respect but oh well :P

On the topic of picking up identities, it's a bit weird but I love acting like a completely different person when I go to shops and stuff. I change my name and my demeanor and my general attitude; it's so fun much and people just accept it and don't think you're out of character.

Why do you think like that, charmanderp? I think everyone has rights to be respected by others
