I said it could be irrelevant or a harm/loss. Do you reckon that could be right?

I don't see how that multichoice answer could be anything but "challenging".

Is this question 24? I answered A
I may be wrong, but doesn't challenge necessarily lead to eustress? (because you feel motivated, excited and eager to face the challenge)
'... burst into tears and was unable to sleep that night' doesn't exactly sound like eustress to me.. :S

Continual activation of a person's fight-flight response is like to:
A. increase allostatic load.
B. result in allostasis being experienced.

I did A but I'm not sure? What do you guys reckon?

Irrelevant could be wrong because the chick was "stressed".

Yeah I think if you appraise the situation as irrelevant, a stress response does not occur

I said threat for that!!!!!!!!!!

I said she'd appraise it as threat because threat is when you assume it would lead to a loss or harm and she was crying and couldnt sleep so she obviously thought it was going to destroy her entire life...(lol..exaggeration)

Pretty sure what I said was irrelevant, but w/e.
I talked about shaping and why it would be used and then I chucked in some things about variable ratio and continuos ratio and then I said antecedent would be Mark telling Polly to say something, behaviour would be Polly saying something and consequence would be Polly getting rewarded.
