i wrote the differences and similarities
so similarities wise neither provided visual aids and didn't specify quantities or take into account cultural differences
the differences being that the Heart foundation didn't mention Lean mean, fish or poultry, and Also the Australian guide made no mention of moderate about  fast salty foods...something along those lines... that is all i could think off :S

AGHE IS VISUAL? ITS A PLATE?

I found it reasonable, bit stretched for time...also was quite repetitive, any one else think this? I mean, there's only so much you can say about nutrition/fats/CVD....geese.

AusAID sucks! But it was a good exam though, as my teacher said. Thanks God, there wasn't much stuff about nutrients. Except I stuff up the cardiovascular disease's def and AusAid's object. Damn!

AusAID was so repetitive. Hated the questions relating to programs that linked with AusAID. Urgh.

The question about 2 fats was completely unexpected, since in class I was taught that their functions are pretty much the same. So in my answer was kind of dodgy for that one  :P

I think the question was naming two fats that acts a protective factor for cardiovascular health? Not sure, sr  :P

That was a very strange exam...I felt that it didn't cover the course very well at all. It was basically about AusAID and cardiovascular disease and not much else.
I had to rush my answers toward the end and that cost me a few marks I think, but overall I feel it was really good!

i think it said name two healthier fats and oils so i said mono and polyunsaturated but i basically wrote the same thing for the explanation because i couldn't figure out what the difference was. don't they both lowers LDL thats why they are protective factors?

Oh yeah that's right, there's no difference between from what I know. There's not much info on those HDL fats
