I just want to gain as many marks as possible from the ER questions as possible out of the 58 available, and then do MC (where as you said if worst comes to worst I can guess some). I'd rather guess SOME MC than have to guess a LOT of ER.
^^ good approach. It's much harder to gain marks from extended answer than multichoice, and honestly it really is just a waste of time reading through multichoice in reading time. Good luck Yacoubb, I know you're gonna smash this !
valid logic but i usually feel alot more comfortable in exams if i start solving multi choice in my head through reading time, and by the end of the 15 minutes reading time you can often finish the whole thing, then when writing time starts spend like 2-3 minutes filling out the answers and confirming there werent any tricks in the question. then its basically a full exam of ER and short answer
This can work too. But the risk with this is that sometimes when writing time starts, it's possible to forget what answers you've selected [unless you cheat..which NO ONE should be doing] and hence you waste even more time. By all means, go with what makes you feel comfortable and will help YOU succeed on the day, because ultimately this is all about YOU.
I was offering my input that is all, not necessarily saying that my way is better than yours. Good luck to all of you though !
