Just over 1 week to go... OFFERS!!

Can't wait until offers are out...
Ahhh.
But is it just me, or is it a different feeling from ATARs? Even though this pretty much determines our career paths, is anyone like me and not feeling as freaked out about it??

Any person going for a MBBS course would be pretty nervous

I was only 1.1 above the clearly in for last year for my course, so im stressing lol

If I am considered both financially disadvantaged and a student who has attended an under-represented school, what would my chances of getting into my course be if my atar was about
 0.5-1 below the clearly in? And btw I felt that I was gonna die from extremely rapid heartbeat before atar results came out....now with offers coming out soon I seriously don't give a number two! Haha.

Not nervous in the slightest. Wasn't nervous for ATARs either (lolThanksHeraldSun). But I knew I was accepted into my course at about 2.30am on Dec 17th.

I think the only people that would be nervous are those who want to get into MBBS.
As for me, I'm quite fine. I'm quite confident that I'll get my first preference.

Well coming from a rural, under represented school, Access Melbourne gives me a BSc place at UoM with a 78, so 20 with points above I should be fine haha.

I really feel for those on the fringe though who aren't quite sure! Good luck to all! I hope it all pans out for you!

Judging by VTAC statistics, only 20 other people put the same course as first preference as I did; and only 21 had it as second preference. The trouble is it's a new double, so I have no clearly in ATAR from last to gauge entry off 

Doesn't matter though; my second preference is  almost exactly the same as my first, and I should get into that if last year is anything to go off
