So is it the VTAC ID or the course number?
It's your unimelb student ID

In the email you got, scroll down to "To accept this offer" and in there's a bolded bit where it says "Your University of Melbourne student ID (which you will need to enrol) is" and it has the number there.

When we are choosing subjects, do we have to do this for 2nd and 3rd year (plan so ahead)? Or can we just leave it?

Also, are we supposed to pick our breadths already?

How did you get to that section? I'm on the "Select Subjects" screen, but not sure what to do from here.. Am I overlooking something?

Yep, I'm also on the 'subject selection' section. After I completed the enrolment declaration I got redirected to it. The title says 'Study Plan Details' and if you scroll down there should be a weird diagram where you choose subjects.

Oh shit. In the place where I think it's supposed to have that, mine says "There are no components available for enrolment". That doesn't sound promising... haha.

I am enrolling into my subjects for Bach of Environments, my intended major is Civil Systems. Can I follow the sample course plan on the website LOL, because I have no idea what to enrol in and when?
This is the link to the sample course plan:

It is only necessary to ever enrol in subjects for the next immediate semester. You can do breadth subjects now, but there is no requirement to. I think that you only need to be enrolled in one subject before semester starts to be "enrolled", but need to have chosen all your subjects by the census date (week 3 or 4).

How do you actually work that study plan diagram??  When i put in a major it doesn't allow me to choose level 1 subjects and I can't put in a second major-it says 'search cannot be found' even though I have put in the name of the Major 'Ancient World Studies'.  I foxed myself one of those excel tables that plans out a 3-year degree but i can't translate it into the study plan.

So confusing, can anyone help with this??

Leave the search bar empty, then click search. All of your available options should then be shown

Can we just wait until the Academic Advice day and then choose our subjects? As attending that day will give us a better idea of what subjects are relevant to our majors etc etc.
