The science contact hours are crazy!

You guys reckon it would be a good idea to only have classes spread throughout the week in the morning? Or would it be a better idea to have free days during the week but longer uni days?

So jealous of people who can timetable days off >:I
I think keeping it steady but relaxed enough throughout the week might be a good idea if you're easily distracted from tasks after a day's break. It's up to your individual preference, though, I guess? D: I'm as worried about mine as the next person so my opinion is probably not really useful to you :P

I was thinking the same actually. Although I chose to have classes each day early in the morning. That way I can work through the uni material at home each night as my brain won't get so tired.

You can do so until around the 31st March with no financial/academic penalty. Keep in mind that you'll probably get shitty class times though.

Stupid question, but is it unwise to schedule a tutorial immediately after/before a lecture? Do both run for the full time the timetable online says?

A class scheduled from 11-12 actually goes from 11.05 to 11.55, allowing people time to get between classes.

What time does the timetabling open on the 4th? I have a doctor's appointment in the city at 9:30 that day but I don't want to miss out on my first choices.

It opens at around 10am but the server usually crashes due to the huge number of students logging on at the same time. Probably just have to be patient and wait...

Well i'm guessing those are the rooms where tutorials are held and they have a few rooms to accommodate for the students before pracs
