Had my P.E SAC yesterday.
I had expected it to be much different to what it was, VERY much different. The content that was covered during classtime and what was passed onto the students from the teacher was irrelevant to the SAC, not only that, we received no practice SAC's or indicators for what sort of topics/hints for the SAC, which is uncommon especially for a public school.
As soon as I opened the SAC, I literally whispered to myself "FU**...."... all of it was data, graphs, case studies, analysis, all those questions that you avoid when doing Homework because it takes too long or you can't be bothered. Also, one of the questions was a section question like 3i) 3ii) 3iii), and was worth 10/50 of the marks.. and if you answered 3i) incorrectly you were doomed for the following questions.. I didn't know it AT ALL, until I went over it a few times.
It was a 50 mark SAC and a lot of it wasn't covered in class, nonetheless, that's no excuse as it WAS relevant to Outcome 1 as I did read the 'key knowledge' on the VCAA website and took the initiative to do my own study, plus the help from a certain member on this forum.. it brought me over the line. Expecting 70-95%.
