I've noticed if you take an interest in what you're studying you'll find it much easier to learn the content. I hated all my subject in year 11, especially P.E and I was actually on the brink of failing Unit 1, until I started to take interest in the subject even though I told myself "ha, like I will need to know about this stupid respiratory system crap in life". I just found ways to persuade myself "You know, maybe this will come in handy. What if I was asked questions by my children "why does less blood go to our muscles when we are resting compared to exercising". I'd be able to answer that. I guess the body is actually really fascinating.
Same applies for all subjects.
I find this really useful. Has anyone ever had similar thoughts?
Definitely! That's what pushes me with subjects like business management I guess, because I feel that it contains knowledge that's obvious or "evident" in real life. You can see the things you learn, put into practice in real life and I guess I find that interesting.

Also, the mere fact that I find something interesting pushes me too, for example chem... A lot of the time, I have nooo idea what's happening, but I find it interesting, especially when you can see what's happening during pracs (sort of

).
And then there's subjects that you just seem to be good at. For me, that's further, I find that I do well in it without much effort, so I realise that if I put a little more in, I get much better gains out, so I try harder!

I'm considering recording my reaction, I can already sense it will be priceless
I'll cry either way. Haha
