Leading - Types of Power

I found mention of types of power that are used in the management role Leading somewhere but now I can't find it again. I think it was four types of power, expert, referent, and coercive/reward; but is it necessary to know these types of power in the Leading role or is just the three qualities of leaders (interpersonal, informational, decision-making) sufficient?

For Leading in POLC, all you need to know is the definition of leading, and interpersonal, informational and decision-making.

The one you've missed is Legitimate Power. Basically, it's the power held by an individual as a result of their position or role in an organisation. (Formal Authority)
