Yes. You gain marks for saying something right, and lose marks for saying something wrong.

Just have a quick question, for Alice and her training principle, you don't think specificity would be accepted? I doubt it will be, as it says 'while riding', but just wasn't sure 100% when I was doing the exam. I mean, she can structure her session to train her specific energy systems etc when wearing a heart monitor ie (70-85% MHR for aerobic training zone) etc etc

Positive it's intensity though! Thanks everyone

Yes, specificity can work, as long as you explain that it's specificity to energy systems, and not to muscle groups/type of activity/etc.

can someone who is doing chemistry 3 and 4 or who has done it recommend any good websites or books to help get better at gavimetric questions and volume analysis???????????????? pls I need feedback asap
