Made a mistake by factorizing the partial fractions then solved it, how many marks would I lose?

I think that was worth 4 marks, if you got the method right you would get a mark. Probably another mark if you integrated, but someone check me on this.

I don't think I made any silly errors... I'm hoping I'll end up with a higher study score for Specialist than Methods before scaling.

I presume the grade distribution will look like 2011.

Story of my lifeeee

So much room for stupid mistakes.

It was definitely not too bad though, and I can't think of anything I did wrong! But one does not simply feel confident about a VCAA exam..

Was the graph of the hyperbola only meant to be in the 1st quadrant?   :(

some answers (please correct me if wrong)
1) label Normal and Weight
T=49 newtons

2) 2log3 - 5log2

3) 2i-2j+k

show AB.AC=0

L=root 38

Graph of Cos had dom 0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to pi
range= from 0 to pi

Gradient of tan = 4 x root 3 all over 3

Temp =65

c=-3/4 (I got 6!!! So annoyed)

top right branch of hyperbola: must label asymptotes at y=+ or - x on 2 (hyperbola starts at 4,0)

speed = 4root 3 m/s

z= root 6 on 2 plus or minus root 2 on 2 i AND -root 6 on 2 plus or minus root 2 on 2 i

Volume question: pi to the power 4 over 9 - pi squared over 6 plus root 3 pi over 8 cubic units

Sorry if I've left some out

This is from the same question right?  y = arccos(1-2x). 1-2x = +/- 1 [0,1] i think
