BOOM!

-I think you're talking about my school here.

Nah I was mainly referring to Melbourne Grammar-the people there are freaks including my friends :P and barely anyone does two 3/4s in year 11 there, but I have a couple of friends at Scotch that did same thing.

Yeah, we're exactly that. But then again, it's not such a problem for me, i'm probably going to redo Methods because I completely bombed E1 ;(

Damn, if you repeat methods you’re probably going to get a 50  :P

Well if you scored about 41-44 then I don't think repeating to score a few extra points will do you any justice since you could dedicate more time to other subjects etc. plus if Methods exam next year turns out to be 2014 then it would feel like a waste imo :/

Haha but it would technically be easier than say, Economics if I decided to pick that up instead since i've already covered the course this year.
On the other hand, a 48-50 is always going to be a lot more easy on the conscience and Asian parents even though after scaling it's only like 1-3 points.

I generally hear good things regarding TSFX's notes, I'd say you'll be getting your money's worth.
I can just see you getting 99.95

Hahahaha there's still the matter of English :(

Hahaha one can only work hard and hope xD

Yeah haha. They were like "what's the point of doing of doing an extra subject when it won't even count towards your ATAR?" So yeah, we're not allowed a 5th unless we like fail one of ours this year, or we do a uni extension or like distance ed/language school. (but if you did 1 3/4 this year you are allowed to do 5 3/4s next year).

somewhat jealous  :P

I haven't even done anything LOL

I wouldn't classify it as 'boring' but I've just been lazy

Finished school around 2 hours ago :') Except instead of hanging with friends, I've just migrated to the library to finish off some Chemistry homework since I'm nearly finished! Afterwards I'm just going to eat lunch/dinner with friends though!

My school finished last Thursday, feeling unprepared and behind now to the rest (majority) of the state. We only had one week of headstart/year 12. Sucks, hate my school so much. Wishing i moved long ago.

Most schools have a week of preparation though - mine only had a period for each subject, two for maths.

Same deal here, I wouldn't stress about it too much it seems to be the norm
