How are you guys coping so far?
I literally disabled half of the social networking sites I use on my phone
and believe or not, I typed the passcode twice with my eyes closed so unless I reset my phone, the torment will remain.
An interesting point was brought up by someone I know - blocking or deactivating these sites won't always work - you can always find other ways to procrastinate. A workaround however might be to delete the messenger app on your phone, so you're not constantly getting messages!
Unfortunately, I'm stuck in the phase of not being able to commit to one state of mind fully. I'll do work, but I'll have something else on in the background. But when I'm resting, I will always feel guilty that I didn't concentrate fully on my work!
