This is just something i heard from friends.

But is it true that next year English doesn't have to be in your top 4?

No. That rumour has been circulating around for years. Not true, at least not until 2020.

Oh cool, looks like the forums aren't down any more. Welcome back all!

That top 4 English thing sounds very unlikely, by the way. I'd be surprised if it were the case and more publicity hadn't been seen about it. Either way, I like the way the current top 4/6 subject system works.

My brain's exploding because it feels like yesterday when I thought that being in grade 6 meant you were a 'big kid'. I'm gonna cry.How will I ever complete all this homework when I have dank memes to post on Facebook all night?

edit: omg I think strawberries liked my FB post in the VCE discussionspace. I'm famous!

how long ago was this ahha ^^^? And yea I'm doing UMAT too (not 4 sacs to juggle aha *just* 3, but one's the 40% spesh one), not really expecting anything too great because the test may as well be in another language given their logic and weird shenanigans, but hoping country bonus (somehow) pulls through or at least above the minimum for consideration.

I kinda liked the site being down because it gave me an excuse not to study for the that absolute devil of a test

Section 3 shits me to no end, how does ordering patterns test if i will be an empathetic and devoted doctor?

Haha same here (in that I have the 40% Specialist Analysis Task Part One of Three [over the week] the day before) except the Specialist Maths teachers have stressed that is is "not acceptable" if people skip the first session (which people were going to do considering the cohort average for our last SAC for Specialist...)

Like a week ago, I think? I made one last year too, but that's ancient.
you're creeping me out :'(
(Not sure if I'm getting trolled again, but you seem serious)

I'm the same person you PM'd about us both doing German, added on skype, etc. Assuming I haven't got people confused, you made posts both here and on the VCE DS about your school forcing you into 4 subjects... Sorry if I'm creeping you out (not my intention), it just doesn't seem like such convoluted detective work to me.

Wait, but if you do UMAT won't you have to skip the first session? Like it's not like you have a choice, so they're being a bit unreasonable imo... why do people skip anyway? SAC storytelling around the playground??

Ah ok, there's been a few of them so I kinda lose track if you know what I mean

Yeah Section 1 and 2 aren't that bad for me either, as in section 1 is fairly logical if you can extract the information, and section two isn't too hard (except for the ones where there's four answers with only nuance difference in meanings ugh :/) but section 3 is the bane of my existence- do you think you could look at the ones I posted in the questions UMAT board?
