Just wondering, does anyone here sleep after they come home from school? Something like a short nap or period of utter relaxation. If you do sleep after school, how does it make you feel? Are you more revitalised, or do you in fact feel more drowsy and less inclined to do work.
Also, what are your opinions...Do you think sleeping after school is a good/bad thing. Would love to hear your thoughts and subsequent discussions.
Most of the time I do especially to compensate for an all nighter (if I pulled one)

You definitely need a break and believe me, most students that I've spoken to have told me that they slept/took a break from studying for atleast an hour after they got home.
They then commenced studying and studied for 3-4 hours per night (which in my opinion is a bit too much) but it just goes to show the refreshment and energy that it gives you.
Ofcourse, if you feel motivated and energised, take a shorter nap-maybe 10 mins? And then study and reward yourself towards the end of the night.
As a matter of fact, I slept for an hour today and woke up at 7 because I studied for an hour after I came from school and realised I needed a good long break.
