For the core question about the slope of the line. if i wrote 'the population increases by 2680 people for every 1km" missing the km^2 and area. would i receive this mark?
You needed to explain it in terms of the two variables, so not stating area would likely cost you a mark

shouldnt graphs and realtions 3c be "16", because they asked to round it the the nearst kg.... which means you round to sixteen or because rounding to 15 will give u a loss

It didn't ask to round to the nearest kilogram. Besides, if you rounded to 16kg, it would have been a loss, whereas 15kg would still be a profit as 15.2kg was the break-even point.

For the last Graphs and Relations question, would it cost me a mark if I worked out 15.2 but answered 15?

If the question required it to one decimal place and you gave a rounded answer, then yes you would lose a mark.
