Methods Exam 2: Discussion!

I found the whole last question really difficult.. didn't answer any of it

Same, I did part a and b but got stuck with the rest.

Pretty good exam - but perhaps overkill on the MC. Anybody who managed to complete the entire paper without guessing a couple MCs has impressed me. No real killer question in ER, but I found ~1/3rd of the multis to be genuinely difficult, rather than the usual amount which is around half that.

I found the multiple choice complicated but the rest was alright except for the last question, that lost me. The only thing was I ran out of time and left questions blank. I couldve finished everything if I had the time ...

This was exactly my experience as well, seemed like they designed it to punish people who took too long on the multiple choice (ie me)

I feel like I just did a year 11 methods exam...seriously wasn't prepared for those type of questions  Ran out of time and ended up guessing quite a few MC.

at the end I think I guessed like 7 mc

The Multi choice was a lot harder than last year's and the last few years imo..
but the S.A. was much easier than last year's.
We were definitely luckier than the year 12s doing Methods last year.

It was definitely time consuming though... I had to guess many multiple choice and left 1 S.A unanswered because of the time limit.

A lot more do-able but felt much longer than previous years. I know I already lost about 10 marks just coz I didn't finish the last question

I found this years paper very accessible moreso in previous years (2012,2013) multiple choice was a killer at the end, but extended response were not overly difficult. Overall I'm pretty happy, now to spesh

I found mc to be easy, guessing around 3? Some of the short answers questions, however were hard and confusing. I much prefer 2013 exam 2.

It's better than not finishing with adequate time to check over answers, leading to careless mistakes and having to guess MC

Any chance of getting a set of solutions just like yesterday for exam 1? I'm quite curious as to what the answers were
