When you go to the session, just say that you haven't got it yet. You need to have your TFN to submit the Commonwealth Support form (HECS-HELP) by the census date. I would get onto it as soon as possible.

To be 100% sure, I would contact the uni you will attend and ask if it's compulsory to have it on the day.

Edit: This is what the La Trobe University enrolment site states, so I would assume it applies to all universities:

Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) students without a TFN

If you don't have a TFN you can still complete your Request for Commonwealth Support and HECS-HELP form by choosing the 'Full upfront payment' option. You must still apply for and obtain a TFN, as described above.

When you get your TFN complete the Request for Commonwealth Support and HECS-HELP form again, choosing your preferred payment option.

it works, got first pref a deakin, doing commerce
im pretty sure its working because if you enter (2,0) instead it says there is no second round offers, so it must be that they have put in the first round offers into the programming or whatever, and will display them tommorow!

I'm back on the 27th. They want you to be back on 21th Feb so you can attend an info session for your Arts degree, but they have also said it's not compulsory.
