Does anyone know how to prepare for the Maths Methods test

Just know your basics, as in graphing quadratics, factorising, solving for x etc. It helps if you've gone through the Year 10 course, or even have completed methods 1/2 beforehand (a lot of the kids in my methods class had done methods 1/2, whereas I had done none of it before). But it mainly tests you on graphing and algebraic techniques!

Good luck, and congratulations to all those who were accepted. Prepare yourself to be demolished by the maths department (especially if you plan on completing specialist maths :) )

I cant get in, JMSS said they couldnt offer a place to me in the first round offer. Am I rejected or they just put me in the waiting list?

you'll be on the waiting list. if people from the first round offers decline, then the people from the waiting list get offered! so there's still hope for you, I know my sister got through on second round offers so it's definitely possible hehe

Do we have to go to jmss to hand in our birth certificate/other documents or just confirming the offer online is enough?

I think we need to send them all the paperwork before the deadline as well as confirming.
