hello! sorry to be a hassle but for Q7, wouldn't it be A, as nominal is when order is not indicated & i feel that B indicates order as small->medium->large? sorry if i'm wrong, just thought i'd check & thanks for all your answers, it's very much appreciated (:

The answer to Question 28) c) ii) made me laugh SO MUCH AHAHAHA ;D ;D

Also, Question 30) b) ii), I think you forgot to convert it to seconds! You did 3072MB/7Minutes, rather than 3072MB/420Seconds (other wise your file would be dowloaded in 7 seconds, rather than the 7 minutes he wants! :D

Also thank you so much to those here who worked hard to bring us the test papers and answers so quickly!!!

For Q. 26 e) shouldn't it be 1.175*4904 = 5762.2 - because its the pay for the 4 weeks+loading, not just the loading

No because if you go: 156+264 - you are counting the 88 male smokers twice.
So you can go: (156+264-88)/485, or you can do 1-153(femal non-smokers)/485

I believe Jake may have made a mistake (and forgot to add the loading to the 4 week salary). As leave loading "is money paid to a person on top of their normal pay".

In question 7, is (A) the right answer? It has more than two groups and cannot be ordered at all?
Just wondering :)

Wouldnt question 7 be A and not B as categorical nominal is the one you can't put in order e.g dog, cat, rabbit, and categorical ordinal is the one you can put in order e.g small medium large ?

And for question 26.) b, wouldnt the answer be
1x over 3y to the power of -4 and not 1x over 3y to the power of 4 ? As you were supposed to do 1-5 to the y's power and not 5-1, because y to the power of 1 is at the top and y to the power of 5 is the denominator?

Just really curious cause thats what i put in for my answers :)

I agree, I did A for Question 7, I believe categorical nominal doesn't have any values attached, whereas ordinal means categories have meaning/value (e.g. star rating of a motel)

Im confused. For Q7 in the multiple choice, isn't the answer A? Small, medium and large are ordinal not nominal
