Hey, i want to do engineering but I'm unsure of which is the best uni and which will present the best job opportunities for me. I also wish to know what the teaching and courses are like at each uni so those who have completed or are completing, its your time to shine
Waddddddduppppppp eth-dog.
Firstly, sick work on trying to make a good decision and get more information! If you need to speak to the unis directly they're definitely available to communicate with you.
Which is the best uni? Well, all three of them have pretty good reputations. Monash and RMIT are held in really high regard from basically anyone I've ever talked to, ever. I hear about Melbourne engineering a little bit less... most of the people I've spoken to have either gone to Monash/RMIT or know someone who goes to Monash/RMIT.
Which will present the best job opportunities for you? Part 1Both Monash and RMIT have industry experience components built into their degree.
RMIT:

http://www.eng.monash.edu.au/current-students/cpd/I am not sure if Melbourne have the same thing and couldn't fine information in the first two links of google, so, gave up.
Which will present the best job opportunities for you? Part 2Probably the one that is closest to you, so you travel less, so you have more time to work or do other things beneficial to your future prospects.
It's also important to
check the fee structures . UniMelb might be more expensive - if you do undergraduate Science then Postgrad Engineering it
might cost you more than doing a normal undergraduate Engineering double degree. I'm not 100% sure about this but if you do it postgrad, usually the fees are higher.
What's closer to you between RMIT and Monash?
