Apart from the ambiguous lid question I found it easy, easier than past exam 2's imho. But I have done all vcaa exams

Found the 1x3 L matrix question difficult. The wording wasn’t very clear and everything I tried didn’t seem to give me the answer I needed. What was it asking for?

It was asking for a summing matrix for only Rolls and Sandwiches.
Hence L=[0 1 1]

The matrix should've [0 1 1], it's asking for the matrix to find the total price of the rolls and whatever the last one was.

There were a couple of weird questions in there in my opinion, particularly the quesition about what the "0" in the Hungarian Algorithim meant? And what did everyone get for the max time  and min cost reduction on the crashing question?

I believe the answer was [0 1 1] since it was asking for the total cost of 2 of the foods. Therefore, one of the element in the 1x3 matrix had to be 0.

That's exactly what I was going to ask! For the Hung Algo I said that Colin must be allocated to Tour 2, and for the new minimum time I did 17 days and minimum cost I did $4000 for the crashing question. That was hard!
