How did you get into playing Quidditch? Can we expect any answers in video form?
You could potentially have answers in video form if it wasn’t for the fact I’m trying to catch up on lectures and videos take time, but we will see

As for quidditch, I played it twice in a year 10 pe class. The rules were dodgy then but I didnt know that. I loved it and actually liked sport for once, so at uni I knew I had to try it out!
I didn’t expect to get this involved though, the turning point was definatley the first “Foodie Friday” event where I started to make some friends, and the USQL the following day (which I only signed up for cause I thought my crush was going). That USQL (University of Sydney Quidditch League - USyd internal tournament) really made me love the game and my obsession has increased ever since.
What has been the most unexpected thing about being a reelise youth ambassador ?
Becoming one in the first place TBH. I was told only the winners of the REEL Voices competition earlier in the year were going to be ambassadors, and since I didnt win I wasn’t expecting them to offer me the role. Other than that, it’s a pretty new commitment so no other unexpected things yet.
And before I forget-
What camera and lens did you use in your intro video aha. The quality is amazing
Ahhh thanks! That’s my Sony, which I won unexpectedly in a competition I didnt know I was in haha (My teacher entered a video assignment of mine and didnt tell me)
So it’s an interchangeable lense compact - Sony alpha 5000 with the lense it came with, can’t work out what the name is, it says 3.5-5.6/16-50 (

)
You say you got an ATAR higher than you needed - Do you regret working as hard as you did in the HSC? Wish you'd relaxed more, or maybe even still wish you'd worked harder? What's your retrospective now that you are studying what you love?
No regrets, because if I’d slacked off more I might not have gotten in at all, you can never tell. Plus, I was aiming for 95+ for personal satisfaction, and whilst I didnt hit it, I came close enough. Maybe I should have worked harder to hit that 95 but at the same time I am quite happy with my HSC/Life balance in the end. Plus, my ATAR did get me into the advanced stream for my 1st sem geo unit so it did come in handy. So overall I think I’m happy with how things turned out.

If I was able to change one thing though, I would have dropped to 10 units wayyy earlier, that 10 unit life was so good and who knows what could have been accomplished if I’d done that from the start of the year 12 year.
