Difficult: 06-07<09<08
IMO  :-X

So you are saying 08 was the hardest? That's what the inequalities are saying

Yup

08 and 09 were fairly similar. but i guess 08 had more trickier questions. so i agree with tonyhem.

Negative

Negative.

Btw, if you've scribbled out some working (but haven't put any new working) and it's still legible, can they still give you marks if what you've got is right?

Like for example, I used 2cos^2(x)-1= 3/4 and 1-2sin^2(x) = 3/4 and found sinx and cosx, but then had a mental blank and didn't know what to do so just lightly scribbed it. Can I still get marks?
When I get sad, I stop being sad, and be AWESOME instead. True story.

i got [0,4] for domain, [-3,1] for range. but im not sure whether theyre right at all :s
ive made so many errors across the paper..totally stuffed the first question and now kicking myself realising how easy it was.
did anyone get 2 units^2 for the graph between x=-1, x=1 one? i think it was question 8?

Are the examiners usually strict about simplifying?

OMG YOU KNOW HOW I GOT 1.928
I FOUND Y2!!!!
COS IN A FKN PREVIOUS PAPER THERE WAS A QUESTION THAT ASKED FOR Y2 AND THAT STUCK IN MY HEAD FOR SOME FKN REASONNNNNNN
SO I WORKED OUT Y2 INSTEAD OF Y1!!!!
Did you leave still written? I think they'll give you full marks even if you just went to far (as long as the extra steps are correct) at least that's what I've been told
