I hope they are all correct. Note: I wrote these on my formula sheet

Question 1
$z = -\sqrt{3}, \sqrt{3}, -\sqrt{2}i, \sqrt{2}i$

Question 2
a) 390N
b) 590N

Question 3
$(2\mathbf{i} + 2\mathbf{j} - \mathbf{k}) + (3\mathbf{i} -\mathbf{j} + 4\mathbf{k})$

Question 4
$cis(\theta) = -\frac{\sqrt{14}}{4} + i\frac{\sqrt{2}}{4}$

Question 5
a) Simply sub in the values to show the LHS = RHS, Other point of intersection with y axis is (0,1)

b) $\frac{dy}{dx} = \frac{9x^2 -2y + k}{2x + 2y -5}$

c) gradient = -6, k = -1

Question 6
$m = -2,5$

Question 7

$v = -\sqrt{3 + e^{2x-2}}$

Question 8
b) $Area = 3*\log_e{3} -2$

Question 9
a) $y = -2 +2tan{(2x + \frac{\pi}{4})}$
b) $y_1 = 0.8$

Question 10
a) $Domain = [-4,0]$
$Range = [-4,-2]$

b) $f'(x) = \frac{2}{\pi*\sqrt{-x*(x+4)}}$

If any of these are wrong feel free to correct me, however I hope they're all correct. Plus sorry if any of the latex stuffs up. Fixed question 1 and 9a. Should be right now. Now these should all be what I put down, my memory just skipped me for a second

I think 1 a) is incorrect.

I got $\pm \sqrt{3}$ and $\pm\sqrt{2} i$

Also for Q 3 I just left it as perpendicular component = blah blah and parallel component = blah blah. Do you guys think that's fine?

Besides that, I'm pretty sure all your answers are right.
