Is anybody else seeing that the best course of action would be to ring them and say you got like 30 or 40 and say you blame it entirely on them? That might get them to pull their heads out of their arses.

No

Hm... of scores above 40. That's not bad, unless they were scaled scores... and 20% of scores above 80, that's on par with the state.

But yeah, definitely not a spectacular school.

Oh, I thought you were talking about ENTERs, lol. My school was similar to that... Not the best, but for there to be a state average, some schools have to be below :D
EDIT: 20% of scores above 40 is really good. My school only had 4% :O

I think the amount of people going to TAFE from my school is roughly the same as the amount going to uni.

wait wait wait!!
Its not 20% of scores over 40...when I said 7 scores over 40...I meant subject score wise....
eg; 1 person got 40 in bio
2 people got 40+ in english
etc...
20% of study scores over 40 in my school??!! Bullcrap! There would have to be a miracle before that could happen...

Just checked some data. 4% of study scores were over 40 in our school...thats bad....

HAHA. Okay, that makes more sense :) I think I incorrectly assumed your school had 35 people only.

If there were 7 people who got scores over 40, and 4% of people got above 40, then that means your school has about 175 VCE students.

Isn't it x% of scores over 40?
