According to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/visio/HP010303431033.aspx

Milestones can also be indicated using Filled in circles.
I think that question on the MC was A) Shown as a circle.

Because the other popular answer that it was a point of evaluation is a bit iffy. Evaluating an incomplete solution or information product is unorthodox and relatively useless. I've never come across any document/case-study/or even general talking about solutions being evaluated half-way through its production =S

I hope you'e right..  cause I'm not sure they'll consider the romanian peace corps as a suitable reference =/
maybe Ill call them up and tell them to accept A as a valid answer showing them the MS page xD

See this is what I hate about IT especially, as I presume most of us here feel being quite switched-on with IT and having lots of background knowledge:

We could argue with examiners all day about other possible answers, but in the end, it comes down to what's in the coursework, and that only. If circles are never mentioned at all in the textbook then it doesn't apply, even though deep down we KNOW a whole heap of other possibly acceptable answers for MC questions.

This subject throws me off as much as I'm sure the rest of us here experience. Background knowledge clashing with textbook ambiguity can really throw you off.

Sounds like a good teacher you got there majo.

@ daniel tennis - i did //Coaches'server/Images... etc

I didn't place the \\coaches server bit and just started at \images because it didn't really specify a server name.  also did forward slashes instead of  backslashes, not sure if that'll make much difference when it comes to marking of the exam :s

Ummm with the coaches server questions i had Coaches_Server\Images\etc... Instead of Coaches'Server\Images\etc... I thought you couldn't have 'special' characters such as apostrophes in a file name so therefore underscores would be acceptable? ........ You reckon they would accept that?

Sounds like a good teacher you got there majo.

You definatly cannot have special characters in a server name.  I think they were more interested in the part after that.

I also did the milestone as a circle one, the whole milestone not being a task eliminated the rest for me.

I had it as a circle as every gantt chart I have ever seen used a circle as a milestone as did checkpoints.
Relating to other questions discussed so far.

I had microwave as Cat5e would have too much interference and drop too many packets along the way unless you had over 70 repeaters (even then that is saying you get a dead straight path). Most people out here in the bush use microwave dishes to transmit over long distances (The CISCO ones are amazing)

I also had Coaches Server/Images/2009/Sport/

1. Right click the file and select properties.
2. Untick the tickbox 'Read Only'
3. Click apple and exit.
I didn't talk about edit the file or sending it as I can remember reading that :-P

On screen help for the printer question.

Structure chart for the wiki.

I stuffed up the question about lead/lag, as it was on the critical path I thought you couldn't have any lag (you can't) or lead (not sure about this now) so I took a guess at one of the others that I had never heard of.

I selected that the Privacy Act 2000 was about the small business as I thought 1988 was about Governments :S

Anyway I'm hoping for a low A+ and a 40

What did everyone have for the Design tool for the macro.
I was thing Excel but then would have struggled to justify it so I went
"Microsoft Visual Basic Studio Express"
"It's free, there is a large range of user documentation availble including numerous amounts of tutorials and it is easy to learn."
Was a total stab in the dark.

I think that question was referring to a design tool. Like Flowchart/H.S diagram/layout diagram.

According to Kelly,
I got 16/20 for MC.
Urgh, stupid ambigous wording of questions T__T
and my silly mistakes lol,

Is Mark Kelly's Q5. correct?

I originally had storyboard, then changed to flow chart which is marked as correct by Kelly.
But it seems in his explanation that he meant to say storyboard was the correct one.

Yeah I still don't completely understand that question.

I see how lag time fits, but I thought that based on the question relating to task Y, I thought it would be the lead time 'leading' up to task Y.

This really is a nitty-gritty detail question; do you really know your shit?
