Which sounds better?

I think that ATAR sound crap! ENTER at least sounds better.

I thnk its this year... but not 100% sure.. :)
but yeahh i got "The Victorian Student Number" mailed to me form my school so it could mean 'they' are changing the name as well...

Class of '09 were the last cohort to receive an "ENTER".  From this year, you guys will be receiving an ATAR to enter university.

Bachelor of Science (Mathematics & Statistics) - Discrete Mathematics & Operations Research

I'd be interested to see if anyone genuinely believes ATAR sounds better than ENTER.

No difference.  Just the name change.  The highest ATAR is still 99.95 and the lowest is well...  hardly anyone gets that low so don't worry about it.  :)

"Equivalent National Tertiary Entrance Rank" doesn't sound specific to Victoria, so I think it should be used everywhere!
