first/second round offer question - melb arts

ok, so my friend has her heart set on melbourne arts and she got 88.1 her best subjects were media and english.  Her first preferences are as follows:
1. arts at melbourne
2. arts at monash caulfield.

What do you think her chances are of getting first round/second round offers at melbourne uni?

any opinions would be greatly appreciated

last years clearly in for uom arts was 88 and imo, its more than likely going to drop  lower this year
if she has any kind of seas application that will greatly improve her chances

UoM's middle band is only for Access Melbourne applicants (ie. SEAS applicants).

They tend to do that, to the great dissatisfaction of those who are shitting themselves at the moment.  20% Access Melbourne, 80% everyone else.

your friend will have to hope the clearly in drops for 2010
remember clearly in changes each year (arts@uom has trended downward recently)

i think for arts the minimum enter is 85 isn't it?
