Yes, purrkat, I can. It's your responsibility to market to students how effective your product is, it's my responsibility to make sure you're being honest. I'm not going to do your job for you. Why should I be taking steps to promote your product? To be perfectly honest, based on what you've communicated, I think instead of spending $1500 on your product, VN'ers would be better off with 50 hours across 50 weeks of 1 hour 1-on-1 tuition at $30/hr.

Especially given how willing you both are to mislead and deceive, and given how untested your product is, I find your claims of "guaranteed 45+" rather suspicious too. What kind of guarantee are you offering? Money-back guarantee?

When in God's name did 'affiliation' (in this case with flusher) = misleading and deceptive?

Enwiabe - if you truly cared (from your heart) about the kids and people on this website, if you truly cared for your forum members (and year 12s this year), and had their best interests at heart - wouldn't you have asked flusher for more information about Math Methods Insider; instead of launching in to the "misleading and deceptive" argument immediately.

Can you truly say you came from the right place (in your heart) in "exposing" "duplicity" to your members in this case?

Flusher has value to add to Maths Methods students - do you care enough about your audience to be happy if people can receive great help in their final years of schooling THROUGH Flusher's program? What if the Maths Methods Insider program is outstanding? You should have asked Flusher to share with everybody what the program is all about. THIS is your duty, if you truly care about your audience/forum members/year 11/12 students.

If you say your argument doesn't have anything to do with XLL, I accept this, and apologize for jumping to conclusions.

Anyway - are none of you here affiliated? You cannot truly say that none of you are biased either. We're all biased anyway. We are all entitled to our beliefs, viewpoints and affiliations, and so be it!

That's it from me.

purrkat, you are still not answering our queries and concerns.

@ Enwiabe comment - I agree that some have made some hasty judgements, but their judgements have come directly from viewing the website. I see no point in someone like enwiabe to refer people to a site that is potentially useless to them.

Nicely said, but that does not nullify the importance of arguing your case and why other's beliefs are wrong. At the end of the day, it is flusher who is trying to advertise his site.

I will happily admit that as enwiabe's partner, I am obviously biased towards XLL and VN.

However, I don't think that makes anything I've brought up in this post: http://vcenotes.com/forum/index.php/topic,22225.msg225866.html#msg225866 any less legitimate.

The best defense is a good offense. It's a tried and true diversion tactic for avoiding difficult questions. Politicians use it constantly to cover up when they screw up. "Well, yes, no kids got laptops like I promised BUT TONY ABBOTT VOTED DOWN CLIMATE CHANGE LEGISLATION!!!1111"

@*purrkat*

Yes, we are affiliated. We are also open about our affiliation, and any/all readers would realize our comments can be biased and make their own decisions on whether or not to trust us.

I can get many people to advertise XLL Academy here while not stating their affiliation with me. I can also safely say if I get caught doing that, I will most definitely be excluded on the basis of misleading the public.

You are also affiliated, but it took a while to get you to admit it. That was the point of revealing the IP address sharing.

This thread has massively derailed, I suggest we stop pursuing this any further before it makes us look.. 'pathetic', if it hasn't already.

Flusher disappeared ages ago! It's his girlfriend (apparently) who's doing all the arguing.

Yes...girlfriend. Seems suss that purkat only made ONE post on the forums about 1.5 years ago then all of a sudden decided to show up to defend flusher (on the same computer) who's only proof of identity is an invalid facebook account...

This thread has made my day.

Also, you tell me to "deal with it" about fushers program being great when all I have done is point out what I think will deter kids away from the site. Defensive much?

How do you avoid getting parking tickets? Take the windscreen wipers off your car.
Secondly, I didn't hear right. I saw right. I read thread-titles with my eyes, not ears.
That is all.

Are you flusher or another person on his behalf?

Also how did flusher get this savings price down to the dollar?
